If you are getting a message that your password is invalid when trying to login, use “Forgot your password?” to receive a password reset email link.
If you will not receive email or this step would not work, please submit the support request.
Candidates will receive the email with link to the assessment as soon as the assessment is Launched, either manually on on the schedule.
If the assessment is in the launched status, please check candidate’s email address and have candidate check their “Spam” folder.
