In this B2B Sales Manager role, you would:

  • Understand the pain points of hiring managers and HR professionals, and convey the value of EQMatch Emotional Intelligence test to enterprises to bring them onboard.

  • Nurture relationships with existing clients

  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand EQMatch’s customer base.

  • Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing

Sales is more than just pitching a product. It requires good listening skills, confidence, resilience, and creativity, among other traits.

You would do well in this B2B Sales Manager role if you:

  • Have prior experience in B2B Enterprise Sales

  • Have excellent communication skills

  • Are emotionally intelligent
